PCC’s team of consultants have been involved in the strategic planning process of many growing churches. A consultant who has been involved in the planning process can be an invaluable asset to a church going through that process. Seeing the “big picture” is key and looking ahead to see the long term ramifications of decisions made is essential. Often, just having a seasoned veteran work with your “Vision Team” or “Long Range Planning Committee” can save a church months in the planning process as well as thousands of dollars.
